Shipping policy

The Short Version: Every order is printed just for you, usually within 2 to 5 business days, then ships with tracking. US orders typically arrive 3 to 4 business days after they ship. You'll see the exact shipping cost at checkout before you pay.

Processing Time

Nothing sits in a warehouse. Each item is printed or embroidered to order by our production partner. Most orders are made and handed to the carrier within 2 to 5 business days. Holidays and new drops can add a day or two.

Delivery Time

United States: 3 to 4 business days after your order ships (standard shipping).
International: 5 to 20 business days after your order ships, depending on the destination and customs.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. If your order includes several items, they may arrive in separate packages.

Shipping Rates (United States)

Shipping is a flat rate by product type. If your cart includes more than one type, such as a tee and a mug, the rate for each type is added together. Standard US rates:

Express shipping is available at checkout for T-shirts ($9.99), hoodies ($12.49) and beanies ($11.99). Express orders require a phone number.

International Shipping

We ship to most countries. International rates depend on the destination and product type and are shown at checkout. Orders may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by the destination country, which are the buyer's responsibility. The teddy bear ships to US addresses only.

Tracking

When your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number.

Address Changes

Orders go into production quickly. If you need to change your shipping address, send us a message through our contact form as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, the address can't be changed.
