Refund policy

The Short Version: Our gear is custom-printed just for you the moment you place an order. Because of this, we do not offer returns or exchanges for wrong sizes or buyer's remorse. Check the size guide on the product page before you check out.

However, if your gear arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted—or if it gets lost in the mail—we’ve got your back. We will replace it at no cost to you.

Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items

We hold our gear to a high standard. If your item arrives with a manufacturing error, misprint, or damage, hit us up immediately.

  • The Window: You must submit a claim to us within 30 days of receiving the product.

  • The Process: Email us at info@porvida.com with a clear photo of the damaged/defective item and your order number. We will review it and get a free replacement sent your way.

Packages Lost in Transit

If the tracking shows your package is stuck in purgatory and never arrived, we will replace it.

  • The Window: Claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

  • Note: If the tracking information states an order was delivered but you haven't received it, we cannot cover the cost of reshipping or refunding the order. Please check with your neighbors or local post office.

Wrong Address & Unclaimed Packages

  • Wrong Address: If you provide an address that the courier considers insufficient, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be responsible for the reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

  • Unclaimed: Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment.

Size Exchanges & Buyer's Remorse

As a print-on-demand brand, every item is made to order specifically for you. We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse, and we do not offer size exchanges. We provide detailed size charts on every product page. Please measure your favorite fitting tee at home and compare it to our guide to ensure you are ready for the warfare.

European Union Consumers

According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:

  1. The supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized;

  2. Sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren't suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons.

     

Therefore, we reserve the right to refuse returns at our sole discretion.
